Instructions for use

Clean and dry the nose thoroughly to remove any grease on the skin that would prevent the strip from adhering properly. Remove the protective tab and apply the nasal strip as shown above. Hold the middle of the strip. Press both ends of the nasal strip to each side of the nose until it adheres properly. Removing the strip after use. First peel off the ends, then gently lift each side. If there is any adhesive residue on the skin, clean with soap and water.
