1. Before use, completely remove the cotton wool from the ear plugs with washed fingers. If necessary, reduce the plug by removing material. Do not reuse the removed pieces!

2. Knead the plug into a sufficiently large, homogeneous ball and insert it into the ear canal, pushing it slightly to create a tight seal. Do not push the plug in too far!

3. After use, remove the plug with your fingers. A slight pressure on the auricle will loosen the plug. Do not use hard or sharp objects!
