DPA 4098 Desk Microphone

This is a complete tabletop supercardioid microphone solution, ideal for mounting or temporary placement on a table in conference rooms and meeting rooms.
This solution can be expanded as required. In smaller rooms, you may only need one microphone for the best possible pickup. For larger installations, you can use multiple d:screet™ supercardioid tabletop microphones to ensure that every area of the room is fully covered. The best audio quality is achieved in a case-by-case setup - one mic position matches the position of the nearest speaker.

With their ultra-low noise and high sensitivity, d:screet™ supercardioid tabletop microphones offer the clearest, most transparent and natural sound available in the miniature microphone market. They ensure maximum speech intelligibility regardless of the acoustic environment. With a linear frequency response, low distortion and an extremely wide dynamic range, they sound great whatever the environment.

The microphone base is specially designed for use with the d:screet™ SC4098 supercardioid podium microphone. It has a sleek but unobtrusive design with a non-reflective black surface and with an integrated suspension, which ensures that vibrations generated by people touching the table as well as the noise of people entering and leaving the room will not affect the sound. The audio cables are an integral part of the base.
