A simple press of the button triggers an SOS call to your emergency contacts and/or the sending of an SMS. The Doro 580 IUP is GPS and 3G enabled, allowing your emergency contacts to locate you quickly in the event of an emergency. Sending a specific text message at any time by emergency contacts will provide the location of the phone's owner. It also has a "security counter" function, which allows the holder to program an SOS call.
